Miller Nash LLP welcomes Paul Wallace to the firm’s bankruptcy & creditors’ rights team. Based in the firm’s Portland office, Paul relies on his knowledge of debtor creditor and bankruptcy law to provide efficient and effective problem solving for clients. His experience includes assisting financial institutions and business clients with bankruptcy, collections, foreclosure and business disputes.

Attorneys on Miller Nash’s bankruptcy & creditors’ rights team assist in a wide range of collection and insolvency situations. With a focus on commercial credits, the team represents regional and national lenders, creditors’ committees, trade creditors, court-appointed receivers, asset purchasers, and commercial landlords. In addition to general commercial collections, attorneys have significant industry expertise with credits involving commercial real estate, senior housing, health care, food processing, manufacturing, agriculture, timber, and intellectual property.

Prior to joining Miller Nash, Paul worked at a business law firm in Oregon where he represented lenders, businesses, and individuals in commercial disputes.

In addition to his bankruptcy work, Paul has advised clients on matters including lender liability and policies, loan documentation, and workouts. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Puget Sound before earning his law degree at Lewis & Clark Law School.
