Miller Nash is pleased to welcome Mitchell Diesko to the firm’s employment law & labor relations team. Based in the firm’s Portland office, Mitchell advises and represents employers in all aspects of the employment relationship, including litigation and counseling.
Mitchell represents public and private employers in litigation and other adversarial proceedings. His work includes defending discrimination, retaliation and harassment claims, wage and hour class actions, and noncompete and similar litigation.
He joins Miller Nash’s eminent employment law & labor relations team which represents local, regional and national companies and public entities and institutions in all facets of labor and employment law in union and nonunion environments. Attorneys work closely with clients' human resource professionals, managers and executives and provide advice on day-to-day workplace and personnel-related matters. They also regularly conduct trainings and workshops on employment topics.
Before joining Miller Nash, Mitchell practiced at a Portland-based litigation firm, where he gained valuable trial experience across a range of civil matters.
About Mitchell Diesko
Mitchell provides early, thorough evaluations, and practical pathways to resolution to help clients make informed decisions from the outset. He began his career with the Washington County District Attorney’s Office where he developed his skills in the courtroom, taking over sixty cases to trial, including domestic violence cases, vehicular crash incidents, and Ballot Measure 11 cases. Mitchell received his bachelor’s degrees from the University of Southern California before earning his law degree at Temple University, James E. Beasley School of Law.
