About Mitchell
Mitchell Diesko is a member of the employment law & labor relations practice team, where he represents private employers in litigation and other adversarial proceedings. Mitchell’s work includes defending discrimination, retaliation, and harassment claims, wage and hour class actions, and noncompete and similar litigation. Mitchell provides advice and counsel on matters affecting employers and employment relationships.
Mitchell began his career with the Washington County District Attorney’s Office where he developed his skills in the courtroom, taking over sixty cases to trial, including domestic violence cases, vehicular crash incidents, and mandatory minimum Ballot Measure 11 cases. Before joining Miller Nash, Mitchell practiced at a Portland-based litigation firm, where he gained valuable trial experience across a range of civil matters, including defending an employer in an employment discrimination case that resulted in a defense verdict.

Outside the Office
Mitchell was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada before making his way to Oregon. He loves to go wine tasting with his wife, train for triathlons, and travel.
