About Paul

Paul Wallace is a member of the firm’s financial services department, with a focus on bankruptcy and creditors’ rights. Paul relies on his knowledge of debtor creditor and bankruptcy law to provide efficient and effective problem solving for clients. Paul’s experience includes assisting financial institutions and business clients with bankruptcy, collections, foreclosure, and business disputes. In addition, he has advised clients on matters including lender liability and policies, loan documentation, and workouts.

Prior to joining Miller Nash, Paul worked at a business law firm in Oregon where he represented lenders, businesses, and individuals in commercial disputes.
