Brianna Morrison Joins Miller Nash’s Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights Team

Miller Nash welcomes Brianna Morrison to the Portland office where she will join the firm’s bankruptcy and creditors’ rights team. She will assist lenders and creditors in bankruptcy and bankruptcy-related matters. Brianna previously practiced at a firm in South Carolina where she represented a Chapter 7 Trustee and assisted debtors in bankruptcy matters, including Chapter 11 and Subchapter V. Her experience in bankruptcy law and knowledge of the Bankruptcy Code enables her to resolve complex issues and craft efficient solutions for clients.

About Brianna Morrison
During law school, Brianna clerked for the National Indian Country Training Coordinator at the National Advocacy Center in Columbia, South Carolina. She also served as a legal extern for the Honorable David R. Duncan of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of South Carolina where she researched the Statute of Elizabeth and worked on a bankruptcy guide for pro se debtors. Brianna received her bachelor’s degree from Washington & Jefferson College before earning her law degree at the University of South Carolina School of Law.
