Thomas Vanis

Thomas Vanis is an associate on the firm’s litigation team. His practice is focused on commercial litigation, and his experience includes supporting client intake, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, managing discovery and motion practice, and supporting matters through dispute resolution.

Prior to graduating law school, Thomas worked as a law clerk at Miller Nash. His previous experience includes internships at investment firms, where he worked on investment analysis, financial research, and earnings projections. He also interned in the legal department of a sports management agency, where he analyzed and edited client endorsement contracts and NFL contract extensions and conducted research on current athlete-agent laws and NCAA compliance regulations.
