Jessi Lord

Jessi Lord focuses on complex commercial litigation and represents clients from pre-litigation through trial and appeal. She has experience managing all aspects of litigation including discovery, fact investigation, legal research, and motion practice. She develops strategic approaches to discovery and case development, drafts pleadings, substantive motions, and discovery requests and responses. She conducts factual investigations and analyzes records, deposition transcripts, and other discovery materials to evaluate liability and damages exposure, and she synthesizes her case research and discovery into strategic recommendations for case development. Jessi has represented clients in state courts, federal district courts, and proceedings before the U.S. International Trade Commission.

Prior to joining Miller Nash, Jessi practiced at a boutique intellectual property law firm and at an AmLaw 100 firm, where she represented large technology companies in patent litigation matters involving complex technologies.
