About David

David Criswell focuses his practice on business bankruptcy, receiverships, loan workouts and recoveries, loan documentation, and real estate. He has represented numerous trustees, secured lenders, and purchasers in complex Chapter 11 cases. David also frequently represents receivers in complex insolvency proceedings as well as both lenders and borrowers in out-of-court loan restructurings. David also is trusted by special servicers, community and regional banks, distressed asset purchasers, and bridge lenders for assistance with loan recoveries, loan documentation, asset acquisitions, and other financial services issues.

Before joining Miller Nash, David practiced at a prominent Pacific Northwest law firm.
