Miller Nash attorney Beatrice Bremer Lucas has joined the New Avenues for Youth Ambassador Board. New Avenues for Youth is a Portland-based nonprofit organization dedicated to the prevention and intervention of youth homelessness. Its services for young people ages 9 to 25 focus on the individual—their experiences, identities, needs, and goals—and helping them make positive changes in their lives. As part of the Ambassador Board, Beatrice will assist in developing events that raise funds for, and awareness about, New Avenues’ services.

“Assisting organizations that positively impact our community is important to me, which is why I’ve been a supporter of New Avenues for years,” says Beatrice. “I’ve witnessed the amazing services that this organization offers to vulnerable and underserved populations in the Portland metro area and am thrilled to join their efforts. I’m looking forward to working with this group of thoughtful, selfless, and motivated individuals who make our communities better every single day.”
