About Tong
Tong Xu is an associate on the business & corporate team. She advises companies on a broad range of business transactions and corporate matters, drawing on a legal background that spans China and the United States to provide practical, business-minded legal advice.
Tong’s practice includes domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, entity formation, and corporate governance.
