The Miller Nash business & corporate team delivers strategic, solutions-driven business counsel at every stage and for all significant milestones and matters—formation, growth, financing, acquisitions, commercial contracts, corporate governance and beyond. They serve public and private companies across a wide range of some of our region’s chief industries, including technology, manufacturing, construction, aerospace, sports, entertainment, maritime, and financial services. Their clients include emerging startups, family-owned enterprises, middle-market companies, and Fortune 500 corporations. The team also regularly handles complex domestic and international transactions, coordinating multijurisdictional legal teams to deliver seamless, business-focused solutions.

Before joining Miller Nash, Tong completed a six-month secondment with a Seattle-based, global technology company, advising on corporate governance matters. Prior to that, she practiced corporate law at JunHe LLP in Seattle, advising on cross-border M&A, private equity investments, and general corporate matters. After law school, Tong served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Marybeth Dingledy of the Snohomish County Superior Court.
