About Leah

Leah Aldred supports the employment law and education practice teams and has over 13 years of experience in case management, research and analysis, electronic discovery, and trial support and preparation. As a paralegal, she has worked in various practice areas such as construction defect, insurance defense, personal injury, and also has specialized employment experience in collaborating closely with attorneys on workplace investigations. Leah has supported trial teams and has participated in numerous hearings, arbitrations, and mediations. In addition, Leah has unique experience working on collective bargaining matters, and has prepared complex compensation analyses, and provided support to attorneys with data collection and comparison for a variety of other pay equity analyses.

Before joining Miller Nash, Leah worked for a boutique Portland law firm where she focused exclusively on supporting employers, including higher education institutions, on employment-related litigation.
