Kevin Khong

Establishing trust is the cornerstone of a strong attorney-client relationship. I believe that clear, consistent communication is essential, not only to understand each client’s unique goals, but also to provide comprehensive guidance, strategic insight, and well-rounded support that helps drive meaningful, results-oriented outcomes. About Kevin

Kevin Khong is a partner on the firm’s litigation team, where he focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, with particular emphasis on land use, condemnation, and eminent domain matters.

Kevin represents a broad range of public and private clients throughout every stage of the eminent domain process—from project planning and pre-condemnation strategy to negotiation, litigation, trial, and appeal. He also advises clients on related real estate and land use issues, including zoning compliance, planning matters, and contract disputes.

In addition to his work in eminent domain, Kevin brings substantial litigation experience across a wide range of subject areas. He has successfully represented clients in both state and federal courts, authored numerous appellate briefs, and argued appeals in cases involving trusts and estates, guardianships, medical malpractice, breach of contract, and receiverships. Kevin also shares his litigation knowledge as an Adjunct Professor at Seattle University School of Law, where he teaches trial and appellate advocacy.

Before joining Miller Nash, Kevin was a partner at a Seattle-based law firm, where he focused on commercial litigation, real estate, health care, and trust and estate law. He also served as a prosecuting attorney for King County, gaining invaluable trial experience through both bench and jury trials involving matters from misdemeanors to serious felonies.
