About Hugo
Hugo Fraga represents owners, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, design professionals, and sureties on private and public construction projects. He handles all aspects of construction litigation, including delay and impact claims, construction defects, default terminations, change-order and extra-work claims, and payment or mechanics’ lien disputes.
Hugo works closely with project stakeholders and experts to analyze claims, develop litigation strategy, and prepare matters for mediation, arbitration, and trial. He drafts and argues dispositive motions, prepares arbitration and mediation submissions, and manages written discovery and discovery motion practice.
Prior to joining Miller Nash, Hugo practiced at a boutique construction law firm in Seattle.
