About Daniel
Daniel Fleissig is an associate on Miller Nash’s bankruptcy & creditors’ rights team. Daniel counsels corporate clients across a wide variety of industries on all aspects of restructuring financially distressed businesses. He represents lenders and creditors in financing transactions, collection actions, and enforcing and collecting on judgements. Daniel’s experience in litigation and bankruptcy matters allows him to problem solve effectively and provide clear, strategic analysis.
Prior to joining Miller Nash, Daniel practiced at a boutique California trust and estates firm, where he drafted motions and pleadings, conducted legal research, and worked closely with clients to address complex estate and fiduciary disputes. During law school, Daniel earned a CALI Award for Excellence in Legal Research and Writing. He also served as a judicial extern to the Presiding Judge of the San Francisco Superior Court, where he researched and analyzed dispositive motions and gained insight into judicial decision-making. Before law school, Daniel spent four years as a litigation paralegal, where he developed a strong foundation in legal research, writing, and complex litigation support.
Outside the Office
Outside of the office, Daniel enjoys spending time with friends and family. He also enjoys reading fiction, watching films, and traveling.
