About Andrew

Andrew Morton’s practice focuses on bankruptcy & creditors’ rights. Andrew counsels corporate clients, including financial institutions, creditors’ committees, investment funds, third-party purchasers, and creditors on complex financial restructurings, reorganizations, workouts, financing transactions, and related commercial matters.

Before joining Miller Nash, Andrew served as a corporate restructuring consultant at a leading restructuring and bankruptcy consulting firm. He also practiced for more than a decade at nationally recognized AmLaw 200 law firms, where he developed deep experience in bankruptcy, finance, and corporate transactions. This combination of consulting and private practice experience allows him to offer clients both strategic insight and technical precision, with a strong understanding of the financial, operational, and commercial dynamics that drive restructuring outcomes.
