Three Miller Nash Attorneys Named to 2023 Southern California Rising Stars List

We are pleased to announce that Julianne Avery, Tyler Bowlin, and Benjamin Tarczy have been named to the 2023 Southern California Rising Stars List, published by Super Lawyers.

The annual Rising Stars list recognizes the top 2.5 percent of lawyers who either are under the age of 40 or who have practiced for 10 years or less.

About Julianne Avery
Julie focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, environmental matters and insurance coverage disputes. She has experience in state and federal actions involving contract and other business claims, and a broad array of environmental issues including Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) actions. Julie also has experience with renewable energy projects across the country.

About Tyler Bowlin
Tyler is a skilled legal advisor and problem solver, supporting clients that operate in highly regulated sectors including environmental law and petroleum. In his broad environmental practice, Tyler represents owners, buyers and sellers on a wide range of matters, including due diligence, negotiation of agreements (including purchase and sale, access, and consultant agreements), and development of work plans relating environmental remediation, allocation of liability, and insurance coverage.

About Benjamin Tarczy
Ben supports clients in the energy, manufacturing, and shipping department. He primarily concentrates his practice on commercial litigation, representing manufacturers and corporations in complex and high-stakes disputes throughout California in state and federal court. Ben's background includes defense against consumer warranty and personal injury claims, as well as successfully resolving an array of business disputes.
