Benjamin Tarczy is an associate supporting clients in the energy, manufacturing, and shipping department. Ben primarily concentrates his practice on commercial litigation, representing manufacturers and corporations in complex and high-stakes disputes throughout California in state and federal court. His background includes defense against consumer warranty and personal injury claims, as well as successfully resolving an array of business disputes. Before joining Miller Nash, Ben was a litigation associate at a California law firm.
