Miller Nash welcomes Louis Spiker as partner to the firm’s real estate and business teams. Louis represents developers and property owners throughout Idaho with a range of real estate matters. He also frequently serves as outside counsel for clients, providing business and strategic advice, structuring key transactions, forming related entities, reviewing contracts, and drafting agreements.
About Louis Spiker
Before joining Miller Nash, Louis was a partner at a Boise-based law firm where he assisted clients with their business and real estate needs and creditors with their bankruptcy and litigation matters. He currently serves on the Boise Metro Chamber Financial Services Advisory Board and on the Governing Council for the Idaho State Bar Association Business and Corporate Law Section. Louis was named a “Leader in Law” by the Idaho Business Review in 2022 and has been selected for inclusion in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® since 2021. Louis received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan before earning his law degree at the University of Idaho College of Law.
