About Louis
Louis Spiker represents developers and property owners throughout Idaho with a range of real estate matters. He also frequently serves as outside counsel for clients, providing business and strategic advice, structuring key transactions, forming related entities, reviewing contracts, and drafting agreements. Louis has experience addressing the needs of agricultural business owners. Prior to joining Miller Nash, Louis was a partner in a Boise-based law firm where he assisted clients with their business and real estate needs and creditors with their bankruptcy and litigation needs. Louis leverages his experience representing creditors in bankruptcy proceedings to help secure his clients’ investments.
