Miller Nash attorney Incainti Sofia McDonald was recently appointed to the Board of Directors of the Turnaround Management Association’s (TMA) Northwest Chapter. TMA is a community of professionals who work to save businesses in financial distress. Members work with companies to improve performance, manage disruption, restructure, work through insolvency, preserve equity, and ultimately improve financial results. As a member of the Board of Directors of the Northwest Chapter, Sofia helps develop educational programs, networking events, forums, and conferences for members that span from Oregon and Washington to British Columbia and Alberta.
