Miller Nash attorney Eric Robertson has been named as president-elect of the Nonprofit Organizations Law Section (NOLS) of the Oregon State Bar. His term will begin in January 2027.
The purpose of NOLS is to serve the people of Oregon by helping Oregon attorneys to better serve the very diverse range of non-governmental, not-for-profit entities recognized under Oregon and federal laws. These include large and small public-benefit charities, private mutual-benefit associations, trade groups, religious institutions, educational institutions, foundations, political advocacy groups, arts and cultural groups, and others.

Eric helps for profit and not-for-profit clients with a breadth of issues related to corporate formation, policies, compensation, contracts, and agreements. He also advises clients on a wide range of corporate governance issues involving corporate actions, bylaws, operating agreements, formation documents, and shareholder agreements. Eric received his bachelor’s degree from Washington State University before earning his law degree at Willamette University College of Law.
