Radhika Shah

Radhika Shah is a litigation associate in the firm’s general business litigation group. She represents businesses and individuals in complex commercial disputes throughout Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. Radhika’s practice spans the full range of civil litigation from early case assessment and pleadings to discovery, motions practice, oral arguments, and trial preparation. Radhika has additional experience representing public and private owners and contractors in large construction disputes, consumer protection, and intellectual property matters.

Before joining Miller Nash, Radhika practiced at a Portland litigation firm where she managed a high-volume caseload. During law school, Radhika worked at the Lewis and Clark Small Business Legal Clinic in the patent program. In 2019, she gained unique experience working as a legislative intern for Oregon Senator Michael Dembrow.
