About Lane

Lane Conrad is a commercial litigation associate who represents highly regulated businesses in all stages of dispute resolution from initial case evaluations through conclusion. She provides clients with thoughtful guidance and sophisticated briefing, drawing on her experience obtaining favorable outcomes through settlement, arbitration, trial, and appeal. Lane focuses her practice on working with the firm’s cannabis industry clients and also supports employers in resolving workplace disputes.

Before joining Miller Nash, Lane practiced at a full-service business law firm in Arizona, where she represented commercial and government clients in a wide array of contract interpretation, regulatory compliance, tort, and constitutional law cases. While attending law school, she was an extern at the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, the U.S. Attorney’s Office Civil Division, and the Pima County Attorney’s Office.
