About Julia
Julia Clark counsels clients in all stages of commercial real estate, including acquisitions, financing, leasing and asset management, and dispositions. She represents developers, real estate investment trusts, property owners, property managers, landlords, tenants, and other businesses in the office, industrial, multifamily, mixed-use, retail, and hotel sectors.
Prior to joining Miller Nash, Julia practiced at a prominent Pacific Northwest law firm focusing on real estate, financial, and corporate law. Before private practice, Julia served as a law clerk to the Hon. Michael J. Trickey and Stephen J. Dwyer at the Washington State Court of Appeals, Division I.
