About Carrie
Carrie Mount represents commercial policyholders by providing counsel for insurance-related issues and advocacy in disputes with insurers. She has recovered millions of dollars for her clients in a variety of contexts, including in claim negotiations, mediations, appraisals, and litigation through trial.
Carrie is proficient in many coverage lines, including commercial general liability, property, errors and omissions liability (E&O), directors and officers liability (D&O), cyber, inland marine, and builder’s risk. Her creative problem solving combined with her substantive understanding of insurance coverage makes Carrie an indispensable advocate for policyholders.
Carrie also serves as the co-leader of the firm’s insurance recovery team.

Outside the Office
When not practicing law, Carrie can be found shuttling her four kids to activities or cooking and baking new recipes. She enjoys visiting Seabrook and the mountains of Washington with her family.
