About Andrew

Andrew Geppert advises clients in all aspects of insolvency work, including the representation of debtors, lenders, creditors, trustees, and receivers both in and out of court. He also represents lenders and borrowers in connection with loan documentation, loan enforcement, and other financial services issues.

Andrew’s education and professional experience provide a unique value to clients dealing with insolvency matters, including debtor and court-appointed trustee or receiver representations, complex loan workouts and lender representation, and distressed asset acquisitions and investments.

Before joining Miller Nash, Andrew practiced at a prominent Pacific Northwest law firm. Before private practice, Andrew served as a law clerk for the Honorable Marvin Isgur in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.
