Miller Nash's construction team will be giving a presentation titled “Evaluating Alternative Delivery Methods in 2021—What’s Working and Pitfalls to Avoid” as a free webinar for construction industry professionals on Tuesday, September 28.

The construction industry has increasingly attempted (with varied success) to build projects using alternative delivery methods. Alternative delivery methods seek to increase communication, cooperation, and risk/reward-sharing with the goal of reducing scope gaps, unforeseen costs and delays, and claims. New alternatives and refined practices are being used in various public and private projects throughout the region. In this session, our speakers will review the leading alternative methods, highlight advantages and disadvantages, share experiences, and discuss how the construction landscape is changing.
