Miller Nash LLP attorney Ryan Nisle has joined the Board of Directors for NeighborWorks Umpqua. NeighborWorks Umpqua is a rural non-profit organization working to enhance the lives of people in Coos, Curry, Douglas, and Josephine Counties in Oregon. For nearly 30 years, NeighborWorks Umpqua has worked with households, businesses, non-profits, and government agencies to create stable local economies. Their programs and services focus on affordable housing and financial education.

About Ryan Nisle
Ryan has 20 years’ experience representing clients on tax and business matters. His work in the affordable housing area includes assisting clients with all phases of affordable housing development, including structuring legal entities and financing, negotiating with public and private funders, conducting due diligence, document review and negotiation, troubleshooting and resolving real estate and construction issues, and navigating complex tax issues. Ryan received his bachelor’s degree from Iowa State University before earning his law degree at University of Oregon School of Law.
