The newly elected partners, Fabio Dworschak, Justin Hebenstreit, Delfina Homen, Nathaniel Levy, Thomas Lloyd, Matthew Tripp, and David Worley, represent a broad range of practices and are based in the firm’s Portland, Boise, Long Beach, and Seattle offices.

Fabio Dworschak, Seattle
Fabio’s practice focuses on environmental and commercial disputes and appeals. Fabio represents private and public clients in a wide variety of disputes arising from the CWA, CERCLA, MTCA, breach of contract, and business and environmental torts. Fabio also advises on environmental and natural resources matters, including regulatory issues related to the CWA, NEPA, RCRA, TSCA, and tribal law. Fabio has broad experience with PFAS and other emerging contaminants. He helps clients investigate possible environmental contamination on current and legacy sites and advises on possible liabilities.
Justin Hebenstreit, Portland
Justin advises public and private companies regarding securities offerings, regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and other business transactions. He has represented regional and community banks, public and private companies, investment advisers, and registered investment companies, and has significant experience preparing registration statements, annual reports, proxy statements, and other regulatory filings, drafting legal opinions, and negotiating agreements.
Delfina Homen, Portland
Delfina is an intellectual property litigator and represents diverse clients in lawsuits involving patent, trademark, and copyright infringement, trade secrets, unfair competition, and tort and contract disputes. She also advises and represents clients in trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Additionally, Delfina counsels clients on the complex legal implications of AI-generated works, data usage, and emerging technologies.
Nathaniel Levy, Portland
Nat serves national and community banks, as well as clients in the real estate industry. He regularly represents clients in purchase and sale transactions and in the disposition of large real estate portfolios and has considerable understanding of issues in commercial leasing, including Class A office space, processing, and production. Nat’s real estate loan work includes preparing and reviewing loan documents, title and survey review, drafting and negotiating ancillary documents including landlord and franchising consents and agreements, preparing opinion letters, and escrow closings.
Thomas Lloyd, Boise
Tom has extensive experience in commercial litigation in a variety of practice areas, including banking, business, real estate, employment, and contractor disputes. Tom has successfully served as lead trial counsel for the majority of his trials in state and federal courts, but also regularly represents clients in other capacities, such as local counsel, litigation management, and tactical advisor. Tom regularly practices in Idaho state and federal courts, and has appeared in courts in Washington, Oregon, California, Michigan, and Wisconsin.
Matthew Tripp, Portland/Long Beach
Matt represents local and national clients in employment matters before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. Matt has defended against claims of breach of contract, retaliation, constructive discharge, wrongful termination, disparate treatment, and wage-and-hour violations. In addition to representing clients in litigation, Matt also assists clients with a variety of business and employment issues, such as workplace safety, contract negotiations, disability accommodation, protected leave, wage-and-hour issues, and employee discipline and termination.
David Worley, Seattle
David provides both litigation and counselling services and represents employers of all sizes in state and federal court against claims of wage and hour disputes, employment discrimination, harassment, and hostile work environment issues. He also represents businesses with labor issues, including collective bargaining, contract interpretation and negotiation, grievance arbitration, and other traditional labor matters. Additionally, David counsels private and public employers, offering strategic employment and labor advice to help prevent problems before they become lawsuits.
