Miller Nash Graham & Dunn Welcomes Max Forer and Brenton Twitchell to Its Portland and Seattle Offices

Miller Nash Graham & Dunn LLP is pleased to announce that two experienced attorneys have joined the growing business teams in the Portland and Seattle offices. Max Forer joins the real estate and business teams in the Portland office, and Brenton Twitchell joins the expanding business law team in the Seattle office.

About Max Forer
Forer, based in Portland, focuses his practice on a wide variety of corporate, real estate and construction matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, real estate financing, commercial leasing, commercial landlord-tenant disputes and corporate governance matters. In 2018, he was selected for inclusion on the Rising Stars list in Oregon Super Lawyers magazine, which recognizes no more than 2.5 percent of Oregon attorneys. Forer received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon, while also playing as center on the football team that made it to the Las Vegas Bowl, Sun Bowl, Holiday Bowl, Rose Bowl and National Championship. He earned his law degree at the University of Oregon School of Law, where he was an articles editor for the Oregon Law Review. While in law school, Forer served as a judicial extern for U.S. District Court Judge John V. Acosta.

About Brenton Twitchell
Twitchell, based in Seattle, focuses his practice on corporate transactional law. He counsels his clients on corporate formation, governance and fiduciary compliance; mergers and acquisitions; private offerings; executive compensation and incentive plans; vendor contracts; and franchise agreements. Twitchell has worked with clients from a variety of industries, including biotech, technology, food and beverage, manufacturing, real estate and banking. Twitchell graduated magna cum laude from Brigham Young University before receiving his law degree from the University of Arizona, graduating summa cum laude.
