Miller Nash Graham & Dunn LLP is pleased to announce that Christopher Lynch has joined the firm's Seattle office. Lynch focuses his practice on representing both emerging and established cannabis companies and helping them comply with regulatory standards.

About Christopher Lynch
Lynch is licensed in both Washington and California, which affords him wide-ranging knowledge of local regulations and multijurisdictional proficiencies. It also allows him to help clients along the West Coast deal effectively—and creatively, when necessary—with regulatory and compliance issues.

Lynch’s corporate law experience is robust, and includes mergers and acquisitions, entity structure and formation, and corporate governance, as well as employment and incentive agreements for key personnel. He regularly negotiates and develops all forms of corporate documents, including license options, purchase and sales agreements, operating and shareholder agreements, and the myriad of interbusiness contracts that form the matrix of legal assurances for companies doing business in the highly regulated cannabis industry.

Before graduating from law school, Lynch worked with the Regulatory Enforcement and Economic Justice Section of the Seattle City Attorney’s Office, where he helped with the administration of cannabis issues within the City of Seattle.
