Miller Nash Graham & Dunn LLP is pleased to announce that Eric Robertson has joined the firm’s Portland office as an associate. Robertson, previously at Saalfeld Griggs, brings his specialized experience to further deepen Miller Nash Graham & Dunn’s prominent employee benefits team.
About Eric Robertson
Robertson’s practice focuses on assisting both public and private employers in navigating plan administration issues related to qualified plans, multiemployer plans and health and welfare plans. Eric has assisted clients on both ERISA and Internal Revenue Code compliance matters, including plan corrections under the Employee Plans Compliance Resolution System through the self-correction and voluntary compliance programs. Robertson earned his bachelor of arts degree in business at Washington State University before receiving his law degree from Willamette University College of Law. During law school, Robertson served on the executive board of the Willamette Law Review and as treasurer of the Student Bar Association.
