Miller Nash Graham & Dunn LLP welcomes Matthew Tripp as an attorney in the Portland office, where he joins the firm's respected labor and employment litigation team. Before joining Miller Nash Graham & Dunn, Tripp was a labor and employment attorney at Littler Mendelson. He also previously clerked for the Hon. Paul Papak of the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon.
About Matthew Tripp
Tripp represents employers and managers in various aspects of labor and employment law. He has defended against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract and wage-and-hour violations under Oregon, Alaska, Idaho and federal law. Tripp earned his bachelor of arts degree at the University of Iowa before receiving his law degree, with highest honors, from Drake University Law School. He is a member of the Northwest Steelheaders Association, the oldest conservation and fishing advocacy group in the Pacific Northwest.
