Miller Nash welcomes Lacee Curtis to the firm’s litigation team. Lacee, based in the firm’s Seattle office, focuses on commercial litigation and is highly adept in drafting legal documents, advising on legal strategy, and presenting complex legal arguments in court. She also specializes in transactional and litigation real estate matters.

Known for their zealous advocacy, strategic precision, and credibility in front of judges, jurie,s and arbitrators, the team has built a legacy of success that spans decades and industries.
Before joining Miller Nash, Lacee practiced at a midsize Washington law firm, focusing on civil litigation matters such as debt collection, real estate and homeowners’ community association disputes, breach of contract, and receiverships. Her experience also includes clerking for judges at the Washington State Supreme Court and Utah Supreme Court, where she gained a deep understanding of judicial procedure and decision-making.

Lacee received her bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University, as well as an M.P.A. from the Brigham Young University Marriott School of Management. She earned her law degree at the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University.
