Miller Nash is pleased to announce that Abigail Yeo has joined the firm’s litigation team in the Portland office. With a strong background in business litigation and regulatory counseling, Abby brings valuable experience to the firm’s client-focused approach.

“I’m excited to work alongside my talented colleagues at Miller Nash to help clients navigate their most complex legal challenges,” said Abby.

Abby's practice encompasses matters involving product liability, compliance with state and federal regulations, contract disputes, and government investigations. She has experience in conducting internal investigations, preparing risk exposure analyses, and establishing protocols to adhere to industry best practices. Before joining Miller Nash, Abby clerked for Judge Youlee Yim You at the United States District Court for the District of Oregon. She also spent nearly three years as a litigation associate in the New York office of a national law firm, where she focused primarily on pharmaceutical and medical device litigation. Her litigation experience, coupled with her in-depth knowledge of compliance, allows her to guide clients effectively through legal matters, helping them minimize risk while staying focused on their strategic objectives.
