Miller Nash Graham & Dunn attorney Max Forer was recently elected to serve on the Developing Leaders Committee of the Oregon Chapter of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association. The Developing Leaders Committee helps bring the commercial real estate community together through tours, socials and educational programming, and provides focused outreach to the next generation of real estate professionals.

NAIOP is the leading organization for developers, owners and investors of office, industrial, retail and mixed-use real estate. NAIOP provides advocacy, education and business opportunities for members in the commercial real estate development and investment industry.

About Max Forer
Forer handles a wide variety of corporate and real estate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, real estate financing, commercial leasing, commercial landlord-tenant disputes and corporate governance matters. He has been selected for inclusion on the Rising Stars list in Oregon Super Lawyers Magazine since 2018, which recognizes no more than 2.5 percent of Oregon attorneys. He is active in the community, currently serving on the board of directors for Sport Oregon, as president of Oregon Hillel, as a mentor in the Oregon Athletics Student-Athlete Mentor Program, and was a graduate of Portland Business Alliance’s Leadership Portland program, class of 2020. Forer received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon before earning his law degree at the University of Oregon School of Law, where he was an articles editor for the Oregon Law Review. While in law school, Forer served as a judicial extern for U.S. District Court Judge John V. Acosta.
