We are delighted for our partner Marcus Reed to be named as the first General Counsel of Craft Brew Alliance (CBA). We are also excited that CBA, a longtime client, will be acquiring an impressive "beer attorney" and dedicated professional. Marcus will bring a deep legal knowledge to the management team at CBA.

"While I will dislike not having him down the hallway from me, I am reassured by the fact that we will get to work with Marcus on a regular basis," said Paul Havel, Miller Nash Graham & Dunn's food and beverage team leader. "Our beverage team wishes him the best in his new endeavor!"

CBA was formed with the merger of two leading Pacific Northwest craft brewers—Widmer Brothers Brewing and Redhook Ale Brewery—in 2008. CBA was joined by Kona Brewing Company in 2010, and it launched Omission Beer, its innovative craft beer brand specially crafted to remove gluten, in 2012.
