Miller Nash is pleased to welcome Delfina Homen to the firm’s Portland office. Homen joins the firm’s skilled, multistate intellectual property team that offers a full range of intellectual property services for businesses and individuals, including procurement, enforcement, licensing, strategic advising, dispute resolution, and technology transfer. Homen will focus on representing clients in disputes involving patent, trademark, and copyright infringement, trade secrets, unfair competition, and tort and contract matters. She partners with clients to obtain favorable resolutions for each unique situation.

About Delfina Homen
Homen represents clients from diverse industries in a variety of IP litigation matters, including trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and inter partes review patent proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Homen is also experienced in IP procurement and enforcement. She has worked on numerous trademark and patent applications, assisting clients in obtaining the IP protection they need to grow and support their business strategies. Homen received her bachelor’s degree from Oregon State University (OSU) in biology, with minors in botany and chemistry, before earning her law degree at Lewis & Clark Law School. Before law school, Homen worked as an undergrad research assistant at OSU and then after college as a research assistant at Shriner’s Hospital for Children and Oregon Health & Science University.
