Garrett Ledgerwood Elected to Board of Directors of the Turnaround Management Association-Northwest Chapter

Pacific Northwest-based law firm Miller Nash Graham & Dunn LLP announces that attorney Garrett Ledgerwood was recently appointed to the Board of Directors of the Turnaround Management Association’s (TMA) Northwest Chapter. TMA is a community of professionals who work to save businesses in financial distress. Members work with companies to improve performance, manage disruption, restructure, work through insolvency, preserve equity, and ultimately improve financial results. As a member of the Board of Directors of the Northwest Chapter, Ledgerwood helps develop educational programs, networking events, forums and conferences for members that span from Oregon and Washington to British Columbia and Alberta.

About Garrett Ledgerwood
Ledgerwood focuses his practice on bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, including all aspects of the restructuring of financially distressed businesses and representation in senior secured, ABL, and mezzanine financings. Ledgerwood represents lenders and creditors in bankruptcy, collection actions, loan modifications and workouts, nondischargeability proceedings, foreclosures, and receiverships, as well as borrowers in a variety of financing transactions. He also represents creditor committees, lenders, and third-party purchasers in chapter 11 cases, including in connection with bankruptcy sales, debtor-in-possession and exit financing, workouts, and plan negotiation and formulation. Ledgerwood received his bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University before earning his law degree at Washington and Lee University School of Law.
