Miller Nash attorney Elena Thompson has been elected as a member of the Real Property Council of the Washington State Bar Association Real Property, Probate and Trust (RPPT) Section. Her term as a Real Property Council member will run from 2026-2028.

“I’m honored to join the Real Property Council and contribute to the section’s work on issues that matter to real property practitioners across Washington,” said Elena. “I look forward to collaborating with colleagues and supporting resources that help our legal community better serve clients with their property needs.”

The RPPT section is composed of legal professionals whose practices span the areas of real property, trusts, and estates. The Section sponsors CLEs, produces newsletters, and hosts listservs and websites providing resources to members. In addition, they assist the legislature in the enactment, improvement, and just administration of laws affecting real property, probates, trusts, and estates.
