Miller Nash partner Brian Esler has been invited to join the mediation and arbitration panels of the Washington Arbitration and Mediation Service (WAMS). As a panel member, he will serve as a third-party neutral in both mediation and arbitration for disputes brought to WAMS.

Brian already serves as a neutral for a number of other arbitral organizations, and this invitation is further recognition of the value he brings in finding early, efficient, and economical outcomes to commercial disputes.
