Shaunee V. Morgan
About Shaunee
Shaunee Morgan is a member of the firm’s litigation team. She is experienced in managing high-profile, complex cases with broad public policy implications from strategy development to resolution, including cases of first impression regarding constitutional and administrative law issues. Shaunee is adept at every stage of the litigation process. Her experience includes developing and implementing comprehensive case strategies, overseeing large-scale and document-intensive discovery, managing e-discovery and fact development, taking and defending depositions, and drafting and arguing dispositive motions.
Before joining Miller Nash, Shaunee worked as Assistant Attorney General in the Special Litigation Unit of the Oregon Department of Justice where she managed all aspects of litigation while defending state statutes and policies in state and federal courts. In this role, she advised over 15 state agencies and the Governor’s Office on litigation strategies and risk evaluations.
