Wayne Landsverk Honored at the 2015 Oregon LERA Annual Awards

The Oregon chapter of the Labor and Employment Relations Association (LERA) honored Miller Nash Graham & Dunn partner Wayne Landsverk in the Management Practitioner category during its Annual Awards Reception and Meeting. LERA is the singular organization in the country in which professionals interested in all aspects of labor and employment relations share ideas and learn about new developments, issues and practices in the field. The Oregon LERA Annual Awards recognize Oregon labor-management relations practitioners whose accomplishments and approach to labor relations are widely admired. The individuals honored have demonstrated commitment to the collective bargaining process, integrity and involvement in the labor relations community.

About Wayne Landsverk

Landsverk has been advising and representing Northwest employers in all areas of employment and traditional labor law for over 40 years. He has extensive experience with union-organizing drives; National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) representation hearings of all types; NLRB unfair labor practice hearings (both defending them and bringing them against unions); secondary boycott issues, strikes, slowdowns, sabotage, injunction, and TRO proceedings; and federal and state court litigation relating to collective bargaining agreements.

Landsverk is a Fellow of the College of Labor & Employment Lawyers and was recognized for “Leadership in Law” by the Daily Journal of Commerce in 2012. He’s been listed by Best Lawyers® since 2005 and selected to every Oregon Super Lawyers list since its inception. Landsverk received his bachelor of arts degree, cum laude, and his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
