Miller Nash LLP attorney Vanessa Triplett Kuchulis was recently elected to serve as treasurer of the Oregon Asian Pacific American Bar Association (OAPABA) Board of Directors. OAPABA advocates for the interests of Asian Pacific American attorneys, judges, legal professionals, and law students, and promotes the professional development and advancement of its members. The OAPABA Board helps foster a sense of community among members through networking events and educational programming. Vanessa has been a board member since 2021.

About Vanessa Triplett Kuchulis
Vanessa focuses her practice on construction and real estate disputes, as well as drafting and negotiating commercial construction contracts. She represents public and private owners, general contractors, developers, and subcontractors in a wide range of projects focused on the education, technology, manufacturing, healthcare, and hospitality industries. Vanessa routinely represents clients in construction disputes related to defect claims, as well as delay, lien, payment, disruption, and priority claims. Vanessa is active in her community and currently serves on the Red Gala Executive Board, the Oregon State Bar Construction Law Section Executive Committee, and on the Asian Pacific American Network of Oregon’s Property Development Advisory Committee. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara and her law degree from the University of Michigan Law School.
