Miller Nash Graham & Dunn LLP welcomes Michelle Nisle as senior counsel in the Vancouver office. Nisle joins the firm's respected trusts and estates team where her practice will add to the expanding services available to our Southwest Washington clients. Before joining Miller Nash Graham & Dunn, Nisle was in private practice at the Law Offices of Michelle E. Nisle.

About Michelle Nisle
Nisle is an estate planning attorney and handles the drafting of trusts, wills, and medical directives, and appears in court for guardianship petitions, probate proceedings, and TEDRA litigation. Before entering private practice, she served for 11 years as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney. During her last two years as a prosecutor, she was the head of the Elder Justice Center, where she oversaw the prosecution of those charged with exploiting vulnerable adults, including financial elder abuse. Nisle is currently a Board member for the Humane Society of Southwest Washington and Washington Women Lawyers. Nisle earned her bachelor of science degree at the University of Oregon, before receiving her law degree from Lewis and Clark Law School.
