Miller Nash Graham & Dunn LLP is pleased to announce that Gib Masters has joined as partner in the Portland office as an addition to the firm's respected financial services and creditors' rights teams. Before joining Miller Nash Graham & Dunn, Masters was a partner of a large global law firm. Masters, well known in the financial services industry, brings over 20 years of experience.

About Gib Masters
Masters' practice focuses on financial transactions, debtor-creditor rights and real estate. Masters represents a variety of clients, from large multinational corporations to individuals, in matters of commercial secured transactions, project finance, real estate acquisition and finance, real estate investment, construction lien disputes, UCC Article 9 perfection and priority issues, foreclosure, bankruptcy and receivership proceedings, structured finance and syndicated tenancy-in-common financings. Masters is a past vice chairman of the ABA Real Estate Opinions Committee. Masters earned his bachelor of fine arts at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, before receiving his law degree from Washington University School of Law.
