Pacific Northwest-based law firm Miller Nash Graham & Dunn LLP has been recognized once again as a Ceiling Smasher in the annual Glass Ceiling Report from Law360. Firms recognized as Ceiling Smashers are limited to the top 10 firms nationwide, based on number of attorneys, with the highest representation of women in their equity partnerships. This year, Miller Nash was ranked number eight among similar-sized law firms (101-250 attorneys). It is the fifth consecutive year the firm has appeared in the top 10.
“We are honored by Law360’s continued recognition of our firm, as diversity is one of the four pillars of our firm vision,” says Managing Partner Kieran Curley. “We strive to be reflective of the communities we serve and we are committed to continue moving forward to support the hiring, retention, growth and advancement of women within our firm and our profession.”
Law360 surveys law firms each year to determine national rankings based on a firm’s level of female equity partners. Miller Nash has an active diversity and inclusion committee advising on a number of initiatives, including hiring, professional development and retention efforts to increase equality for historically underrepresented individuals throughout the firm.
