Miller Nash Graham & Dunn is pleased to announce that it has successfully completed Diversity Lab’s Mansfield 3.0 program and has achieved Mansfield Certification Plus status for 2020. The firm was one of 100 leading law firms nationwide receiving Certification under Mansfield 3.0 and one of only 67 firms receiving Certification Plus status this year.

The goal of the Mansfield Rule program is to boost the representation of diverse lawyers in law firm leadership by broadening the pool of candidates considered for these opportunities. Mansfield Certification Plus status recognizes that, in addition to affirmatively considering at least 30 percent women, attorneys of color, LGBTQ+ attorneys, and attorneys with disabilities for recruitment, governance roles, equity partner promotions, and inclusion in formal pitch presentations to clients, the firm has also successfully reached at least 30 percent women, minority, and LGBTQ+ lawyer representation in a notable number of leadership roles and committees.

“Miller Nash Graham & Dunn has a long history of innovating to advance diversity and inclusion at our firm and in the communities that we serve,” notes Managing Partner Kieran Curley. “Our Mansfield participation is one of many commitments and investments we are making to support and enhance our diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts and we are proud to continue our Mansfield Rule participation in their 2021 initiative.” Miller Nash Graham & Dunn will join 117 leading law firms and 50 corporate legal departments in the 2021 Mansfield 4.0 initiative, which runs from July 2020 to July 2021.
