Kyle Sciuchetti Elected as 2020 President of the Washington State Bar Association

Miller Nash Graham & Dunn LLP is excited to announce that partner Kyle Sciuchetti was recently voted to be the 2020 president of the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA). Sciuchetti will serve as president-elect beginning in September 2019, and in September 2020 he will become the next president of the WSBA; the first from Clark County since the formation of the bar association in 1888. Sciuchetti has been serving as the WSBA’s District 3 Governor since 2017, is currently active on the Structures Workgroup and is chair of the Legislative Committee.

“It is an honor to be able to serve the Washington legal community,” Sciuchetti said. “I am looking forward to working with the Board of Governors in order to positively impact the legal landscape in Washington.”

Sciuchetti is a partner in the firm’s Vancouver, Washington office and has over 20 years of experience in drafting and negotiating construction contracts, litigating construction matters and providing general business advice. Sciuchetti previously served as senior in-house counsel for the Public Power Council and as Assistant City Attorney/Prosecutor for the City of Spokane. He is licensed in Washington, Oregon and Idaho, and is routinely recognized by The Best Lawyers in America© for his litigation practice. Sciuchetti is active within the southwest Washington community, serving on the Board of Directors for the Humane Society for Southwest Washington and as past chair of the Clark County Food Bank. He earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of Washington before receiving his law degree from Lewis & Clark Law School.
